When Will My Order Arrive?
Delivery via free standard shipping can take anywhere from one to seven working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Procedures Overview
Upon acceptance of your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Most orders are shipped within one to two business days of being received. Customers MUST CALL 1-888-933-4455 to place an expedited order (2nd or next day guaranteed) so that we can make the proper arrangements to get your order to you. Products are shipped directly from a Metagenics warehouse positioned in 7 locations accross the US.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Standard ship orders are sent UPS Ground (Unless otherwise specified). Customers must call us for expedited shipping and estimated shipping times. 1-888-933-4455.

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Expedited Shipping
We welcome expedited shipping requests. Including overnight, two day and three day delivery. Customers MUST CALL 1-888-933-4455 to place an expedited order (2nd or next day guaranteed) so that we can make the proper arrangements to get your order to you. Costs for 2 day and 3 day shipping are in the chart above. Overnight costs is based on order to order and can be obtained when calling to place your expedite order.
International Shipping
International shipping constitutes anything outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All international packages will ship Priority US Mail International, at check out you will charged $39.85. All rates are based on the United States Postal Service plus insurance. If charges differ from the check out charge shipping charges will be manually adjusted accordingly. You will be notified by email if rates differ from what you are quoted at the time you checked out your order.
Due to postal policies both here in the US and Internationally, there can be as much as a 3 week delay in shipping times outside of the continental US.
